Five years ago today was a sad day in the Emhardt family, Silvia passed away peacefully with her family by her side.  There were so many things that made Silvia special to so many people, her love for family, friends and animals, petering around her beautiful home and garden, her willingness to get involved and help, and her cheerfulness.  My fondest memory of Silvia was time spent in her garden, whether it was trimming, weeding, watering or just sitting and enjoying the beautiful oasis she created, and I especially loved the extra touches she added here and there.
