Langley is a small New England style town located on the west coast, also known as Langley by the Sea, and is a cute seaside village overlooking the Saratoga Passage on the east side of southern Whidbey Island.  The city itself is 1 square mile but the vicinity is 26.20 square miles. Coming from southern California, Chris and I love the city because of it’s artsy community and small town feel.
