While visiting the Superstition Mountains in Arizona there is a fun place to explore filled with old west history.  In 1892 gold was discovered and by 1893 the town of Goldfield was created, starting with a post office and later saloons, a boarding house, general store, blacksmith, and school house.  Five years later the gold mine ended and so did the town.
