Santa Monica celebrates its 10th anniversary of the Ocean Park Association 4th of July Parade.  The parade took place along Main Street and was probably the biggest parade yet, with participants from girl and boy scouts, local bands, congressman, state senator, members of the city council and school board, fire and police, military, UCLA and Kaiser hospital, meals on wheels, local schools and community groups.  This was a fun way to start the holiday.
